Return & Exchange Policy

Chapter OTC is an OTC benefits platform that lets members redeem their over-the-counter benefit allowances. Because orders are fulfilled through third parties, our return and exchange process works differently from a traditional retail store.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Orders placed through Chapter OTC are fulfilled using your OTC benefit allowance and processed by plan-specific providers. Because of how these benefit programs work, traditional returns are not possible.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled through your OTC benefit program, exchanging items is not possible.
