MyOTC $1,000 Healthy Living Bundle Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Chapter Technologies, LLC (“Sponsor”), 19 Union Square W fl 12, New York, NY 10003. Questions may be directed to support@askchapter.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or households are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

6. Winner selection

On or around May 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone call and/or text message using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt of prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Winner verification

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of issuance. Failure to return completed documents within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive up to two (2) SMS text messages from Sponsor: (1) a confirmation of entry, and (2) a notification that a winner has been selected. Standard message and data rates may apply. Entry does not constitute consent to receive additional marketing communications.

10. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner.

11. Limitations of liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute provisions described in the Chapter Technologies Terms of Service.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://askchapter.org/privacy-policy.

14. Winners list

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 19 Union Square West, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10003, Attn: MyOTC Giveaway Winner, by June 1, 2026.
